1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using StrideOdds (“the Service”, “Platform”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not access or use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “you”) and StrideOdds. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Age Requirement and Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years of age to use the Service. In the United States, the minimum legal age for horse racing wagering is 21 in most jurisdictions. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age (or the minimum legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher).

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with the laws, regulations, and ordinances of your jurisdiction. StrideOdds makes no representation that the Service is appropriate or legally available for use in all jurisdictions.

3. Nature of Service — Informational Only

StrideOdds is an informational and analytical platform. The Service provides AI-generated horse racing data analysis, odds comparisons, algorithmic scoring, and educational content. Specifically:

StrideOdds does not accept bets or wagers of any kind.
StrideOdds is not a licensed bookmaker, betting exchange, or gambling operator.
StrideOdds does not provide financial, investment, or betting advice.
Algorithm outputs, edge scores, and recommendations are analytical tools only — they do not constitute tips, advice, or recommendations to place any wager.
Past algorithm performance does not guarantee future results. All horse racing outcomes involve inherent uncertainty.

You acknowledge that all wagering decisions you make are made entirely at your own risk and discretion. StrideOdds expressly disclaims any responsibility for wagering losses.

4. Subscriptions, Free Trial, and Billing

4.1 Free Trial

StrideOdds offers a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. No charge is made during the trial period. At the end of the trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to the paid plan you selected and your payment method will be charged the applicable subscription fee unless you cancel before the trial ends.

4.2 Subscription Plans

StrideOdds offers the following subscription plans (prices are in USD and subject to change with 30 days’ notice):

Premium Plan: $15.00 per month
Pro Plan: $39.00 per month

4.3 Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly basis until cancelled. You authorize StrideOdds (via its payment processor, Stripe) to charge your payment method on each renewal date. You will receive a receipt via email for each charge.

4.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings at strideodds.ai/app/account or by contacting us at support@strideodds.ai. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to the Service until that date.

4.5 No Refunds

All subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Partial-month refunds are not provided. If you cancel mid-period, you retain access through the end of the paid period. We do not provide credits or refunds for unused periods.

Exception: If you are charged for a period you did not intend due to a technical error on our platform, contact us within 7 days and we will review your case.

4.6 Price Changes

We will provide at least 30 days’ advance notice of any subscription price changes. Continued use after the effective date of a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

4.7 Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we may suspend access to premium features until payment is resolved. We will notify you by email of any failed payment.

5. Account Registration and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at support@strideodds.ai.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. One account per person. Sharing account credentials is prohibited.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation
Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the Platform
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our algorithm
Resell, redistribute, or commercialize our algorithm outputs or data without written consent
Use automated tools (bots, scripts) to access the Service in a manner that places excessive load on our infrastructure
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Platform or its related systems
Transmit any malware, viruses, or malicious code

Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including the Physics-First algorithm, variable weighting system, edge scoring methodology, software, design, text, graphics, and data — is the exclusive property of StrideOdds and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only. No other rights are granted.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that: (a) the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free; (b) algorithm outputs will be accurate, complete, or current; (c) any defects will be corrected; or (d) the Service or its servers are free of viruses or harmful components.

Race data, odds, and algorithmic outputs may contain inaccuracies, delays, or omissions. We make no representations regarding the accuracy or completeness of any data provided through the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, STRIDEODDS AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

Any wagering or gambling losses incurred in reliance on the Service
Loss of profits, revenue, or data
Any damages arising from errors, delays, or interruptions in the Service

OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE TOTAL FEES PAID BY YOU TO STRIDEODDS IN THE 3 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) $50 USD.

Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability. In such jurisdictions, the above limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Jurisdiction and Legal Compliance

It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Service is lawful in your jurisdiction. The Service is not intended for use in any jurisdiction where accessing gambling-related analytics tools is prohibited by law. We make no representation that the Service is appropriate or legal in all locations.

If you access the Service from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited, you do so entirely at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall so survive.

12. DMCA / Copyright

If you believe any content on the Platform infringes your copyright, please send a DMCA notice to legal@strideodds.ai including: (a) description of the copyrighted work, (b) URL of the allegedly infringing content, (c) your contact information, (d) a statement of good faith belief, and (e) your signature.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in English. You waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

14. Responsible Gambling

StrideOdds is committed to promoting responsible gambling. While we do not accept bets, our platform is used in connection with horse racing wagering. We encourage all users to wager responsibly and within their means.
